Yellowbelly Brewing has taken the Irish Craft Beer scene by storm with their visceral beer art, their ‘ah-fuck-you’ approach to brewing like only the Irish can. Some say the sunny south east has addled their brains with too much sun. I like to think of it as an atypically Wexican approach to life & all good things down that neck of our fair island; it’s all fair game.
